I am Susan Portelance and I offer my freelance writing, training and editing services from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I have a passion for writing and clear communications, which led me to create Prairie Scribe in 2010. I also have corporate experience in financial services, customer service management and human resources.
I help my clients communicate for success and I relieve busy managers and entrepreneurs of their writing burdens. I've worked on projects large and small, from case studies and white papers to blogs and web content. I also ghost write and edit business books.
I am a Certified Training and Development Practitioner (CTDP) through the Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD). I’m also a grammar nerd, so you don’t have to be.
